For Shake Customers with the Retail Box Version

Complimentary Telephone Support

Shake comes with 90 days of complimentary telephone support to assist you with basic installation, launch, and recovery issues for the Shake software. To find the support telephone number nearest you, refer to the Apple Professional Software Service and Support Guide included in your Shake package. Be ready to provide the number located on your Shake Services and Support Guide included in your Shake package each time you call.

Per-Incident Support

You can purchase support for more complex integration and troubleshooting issues on a per-incident basis. To find the support telephone number nearest you, refer to the Apple Professional Software Service and Support Guide included in your Shake package.

Shake Customers with Annual Maintenance Contract

If you have purchased an annual maintenance contract, this gives you access to unlimited email support from Shake experts during business hours (9:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time), as well as free electronic downloads of Shake upgrades for the life of your contract. Please contact your Shake reseller or email shake-support@apple.com for support assistance.
