INPUT CLIPS
THE POOLS
By animating the radius of a ripple it will spread outwards and by simultaneously
decreasing it's height it will flatten out. With a radius of 0.0 (or it is turned off) the
ripple will not be processed. Full control on timing, endurance and positioning of
multiple drops is possible.
LIGHTING

OVERALL
Clip to Ripple
Matte: to limit the rippled region.
There are five pools, or ripple centers which can be activated. As each pool
is turned on, it's wave settings add to the final effect.
Brightness (Min: 0.0 Max: 200.0 Default: 0.0)
How bright the light is. At 0.0 there is no lighting.
The light position. This is a general 'sun' light.
The color of the light.
Index (Min: 1.0 Max: 10.0 Default: 1.45)
Sets the apparent 'thickness' of the medium into which the drops fall.
The glossiness of the surface. How bright and sharp the highlights are.
The relative contrast of the lighting highlights and the image.
How much chromatic aberration there is at borders of dark and light areas.
At 0.0 it will have no effect and the processing will be much faster.
Use (Default: Off)
Off=0: the matte clip is ignored.
On=1: the intensity of the matte clip will influence the ripple height.
Where it is black there will be no ripple, and where white the expected
ripple; scaling the ripple height according to the grey level.
This control only takes effect if Use Matte is on.
Off=0: the matte is used as is.
On=1: the effect of black->white is reversed.
All the 5 posslible pools have the same set of controls.
Off=0: the white pool settings will not affect the image.
On=1: the clip will be rippled by the settings of the white pool.
XY Center2 (Default: top left)
XY Center3 (Default: top right)
XY Center4 (Default: bottom right)
XY Center5 (Default: bottom left)
The center of each pool.
Radius of the pools. As this grows the ripple will spread. By default a 25 frame
animation of each radius is loaded to demonstrate the effect.
The area around the ripple radius that is rippled. The ripples drop off in height
from the specified radius for the width of this zone.
The higher the ripple height the more distortion is apparent in the ripple.
By default a 25 animation of each height is loaded to demonstrate the effect.
How many cycles there are in the ripple zone.
Fill Mode (Default: Edge Duplication)
Controls how areas of the output image are filled if the required
location is outside the input image area.
Edge Duplication=0: repeats the contents of the nearest edge of the input
image.
Black=1: fills input image regions with black.
Wrap=2: treats the input image as an infinite repeat tiling, so regions that would be
just off the left hand edge get mapped to just in the right hand edge for example.
