If you have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you may read

the complete installation instructions by proceeding as follows:

  a) In the left panel of Windows Explorer, click the CD-ROM drive.

  b) In the right panel of Windows Explorer, click windows.

  c) Double-click the file WindowsInstall.pdf.



If you do not have Acrobat Reader, or if you wish to upgrade your

current version, Acrobat Reader 4.05 is included on this CD-ROM. Once

Acrobat Reader is installed, you will be able to read the installation

instructions mentioned above. To install it, proceed as follows:

  a) In the left panel of Windows Explorer, click the CD-ROM drive.

  b) In the right panel of Windows Explorer, click windows.

  c) Double-click the file acroread405.exe.

  d) Follow the installation instructions that appear on your screen.

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: THIS DIGITS 'N ART (DNA) END-USER LICENSE

AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR A

SINGLE ENTITY) AND DNA, FOR THE DNA PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THIS

PACKAGE. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE

PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU

DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PROMPTLY RETURN THE

UNUSED SOFTWARE PRODUCT TO THE PLACE FROM WHICH YOU OBTAINED IT FOR A

FULL REFUND.





Definitions

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------



The following definitions apply to the terms and conditions as they

appear in this agreement:



 DNA means Digits 'n Art Software, Inc.



 EULA refers to this Digits 'n Art End-User License Agreement.



 SOFTWARE PRODUCT include the computer software, associated media,

printed materials, electronic documentation, and electronic data.





Software Product License

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international

copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and

treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.



1. LICENSE GRANT. This EULA grants you the following rights:



 Installation. You may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your

workstations or storage devices, such as network servers used to

install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on workstations.



 Use. You may use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The copy of the

SOFTWARE PRODUCT may only be used in conjunction with the DNA

authorized licensing code provided to you.



 Additional License(s). If you have acquired additional licenses, you

may use the number of additional copies of the computer software

portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as indicated on the license

confirmation(s) provided by DNA. These additional copies are subject

to the terms of this EULA and may only be used in conjunction with the

DNA authorized licensing code provided to you.



 Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights

under this EULA, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of

the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including any upgrades, this EULA, and the

licensing code), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this

EULA. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade, any transfer must include

all prior versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.



2. LIMITATIONS:



 Modification. You may not modify, translate, or merge the SOFTWARE

PRODUCT with another product, except for your personal use on a single

computer. You may not remove, cover, alter or obfuscate any copyright

notice provided into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.



 Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not

reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,

except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly

permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.



 Rental. You may not rent or lease any portion of the SOFTWARE

PRODUCT without the written approval of DNA.



 Not for Resale Software. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is labeled "Not for

Resale" or "NFR", then you may use it only for demonstration, test,

and evaluation purposes.



3. TERM. This EULA is effective until terminated. Without prejudice to

any other rights, DNA may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply

with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must

destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component

parts.



4. UPGRADES. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade (whether acquired

through maintenance or a separate acquisition), you now may use that

upgraded product only in accordance with this EULA.



5. TITLE AND COPYRIGHT. All title, copyrights, trade secrets and other

proprietary information in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but

not limited to any electronic documentation, images, digital models,

photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text incorporated into

the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any

copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by DNA or its suppliers. The

SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international

treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like

any other copyrighted material except that you may either (a) make a

copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for backup and archival purposes

or (b) install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer provided you

keep the original solely for backup and archival purposes. You may not

copy the printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.





Miscellaneous

If you acquired this product in the United States, this EULA is

governed by the laws of the State of Washington.



If you acquired this product in Canada, this EULA is governed by the

laws of the Province of Qubec, Canada. You hereby irrevocably attorn

to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Qubec and

further agree to commence any litigation that may arise hereunder in

the courts located in the Judicial District of Montral, Province of

Qubec.



If this product was acquired outside the United States or Canada, then

local law may apply.

Limited Warranty

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------



DNA warrants the physical media on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is

distributed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and

that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will perform substantially in accordance

with the documentation included in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for a period

of 90 days from your receipt of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Any written or

oral information or advice given by DNA dealers, distributors, agents

or employees will in no way increase the scope of this warranty. If

the SOFTWARE PRODUCT fails to comply with the warranty set forth

above, DNA's entire liability and your exclusive remedy will be

replacement of the physical media, or, at DNA's option, DNA's

reasonable effort to make the SOFTWARE PRODUCT meet the warranty set

forth above.  This limited warranty applies only if you return all

copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, along with a copy of your paid

invoice, to DNA within 90 days of the date you received the SOFTWARE

PRODUCT.  If DNA is unable to make the SOFTWARE PRODUCT conform to the

above warranty, you will be refunded all or a fair portion of the

price you paid for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  Any replacement SOFTWARE

PRODUCT will be warranted for the remainder of the original 90-day

warranty period or for 30 days from the date you received the

replacement, whichever is longer.



DNA DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,

INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE

PRODUCT.  THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU

MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE OR JURISDICTION TO STATE OR

JURISDICTION.



In no event shall DNA be liable for any damages whatsoever (including,

without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business

interruption, loss of information, or other pecuniary loss) arising

out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if

DNA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some

states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of

liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above

limitation may not apply to you. The foregoing limitations of warranty

and liability to the benefit of DNA's licensors having an interest in

the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.


