Purpose
To change or display the diffuse ambient color for the current attribute
in
a numeric way.
Usage
See color text on how to use it.
Comments
The diffuse ambient color determines the minimum amount of color
for an
object, which means the color the object would have if there were
no light
sources present. The default color for the diffuse ambient color
is black.
In most cases, a grey or dark grey color will give a more realistic
appearance than black. If the diffuse ambient color is darker than
the
diffuse color, the result will be more natural. Any 2d or 3d color
map may
be entered in response to the prompt instead of a single color.
