auto tag

Purpose
To automatically assign unique tag names or clear all tag names from the active part of the tree.

Usage
Assigning tags:
Click the auto tag button to activate it. The following prompt will appear:
Please enter a tag name:

In response to this prompt, type the tag name you wish to assign. The following prompt will appear:
Tag single solids only (y/n):
In response to this prompt, enter y(es) if you want to tag only single solids, or enter n(o) if you want to tag each node in the active part of the tree. Next the following prompt will appear:
Overwrite existing tags (y/n):

In response to this prompt, enter y(es) if you want to overwrite existing tag names in the active part of the tree, or enter n(o) if you do not want this.

Depending on the selected mode, each node or only the single solids will now receive a unique tag name. The name for each tag will start with the first characters of the assigned name, followed by a unique number.

clearing tags

Click the auto tag button to activate it. The following prompt will appear:
Please enter a tag name:

In response to this prompt, press <enter> without typing in a name. Next the following prompt will appear:
Clear all tags (y/n):

In response to this prompt enter y(es) if you want to remove all tag names in the active part of the tree, or enter n(o) if you do not want this.
