Purpose
To move the list of tags upwards if it extends below the multiple tags window.
Usage
Click the scroll up button to activate it.
Comments
The list of tags may be quite long. In this case it may not fit in the multiple tags window as it can only display twelve rows of tags at a time. When the requested tag is not visible in the window, the list of tags has to be searched for by scrolling the list up or down to display the requested tag in the window.
