local axes

Purpose
To activate the local axis in the current window. All transformations will then relate to the position of the local axes.

Usage
Click the local axes button to activate it; click again to deactivate it.

Comments
When this toggle button is active, the operations of all transformation buttons will relate to the position of the local axes.
The x axis is represented by a red line, the y axis by a yellow line, and the z axis by a blue line.
