localize curve

Purpose
To add points to an existing curve in order to transform a selected part of that curve without changing the shape of the curve beyond the selected part.

Usage
Click the localize curve button to activate it, then click on two positions on the curve to select the part of the curve to be transformed. A set of new control points will now be added to the curve. By transforming the central point of the new points, the curve outside the selected region will not transform.
